I love that the hotel is located a walk away from Downtown Chico, several coffee shops, an antique shop, ice cream shop, and a hot boil crab restaurant. The check-in was smooth and staff were friendly. The room was what you would expect and everything worked, clean, and a good amount of towels. Breakfast is included.
