"Staff was mostly helpful, one employee was highly negative. They are currently making upgrades on the rooms and so it was noisy and smelly at points with fumes."

"Very convenient, close to highway, gas stations, restaurants and other inns. 50mins to Burney falls and 45 to McCloud. Nice and clean room with huge bathroom."

"The hotel is in a great location and all in all it is clean and nice the only thing I did notice was the room has a faint oder of dog and the hallway is stronger small of dog and mildew. My room was clean and huge (King room) and the bed was great water pressure was great, breakfast was standard eggs, bacon, sausage, waffles, yogurt, fruit and plenty of room to sit. I would definitely stay again."

"My check-in process went professionally and smoothly. But then I was told that they REQUIRE an additional $100 damage deposit to stay there, that will be refund upon my departure (hasn't been so far). They also had a very detailed four paragraph "contract" that I had to initial each paragraph and then sign the final document. Very unusual in my travels."

"I didn't like that there was no door to the sink area. If the curtains are open to bring in a little light the view of the bathroom is wide open for all to see. If you put the door back in the frame this would offer more privacy in that area. I like the "idea" of no door there, (the door itself will be in the way), but functionally, with the big window there, you need privacy in that area. Maybe a curtain on a tension rod that one can slide open or closed for more privacy is a good solution....
