"We had a great stay. Location was perfect for my senior mom with mobility issues. She was able to use her walker to get down to the beach. The unit was spacious and comfortable low water pressure in the kitchen sink and could use a few more amenities like a plunger and kitchen supplies. Otherwise, all in all a fantastic accommodation. Given the amount of rain, we in reality had to deal with wet, slippery grass and slopes with mud. This made it challenging to get luggage to the unit. "My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. The beach is about 50 feet from the entrance to the apartment. The bay is beautiful and we saw dolphins near the shore...

"Condo was large, clean, and cool. The security is robust and convenient. The staff was friendly and attentive. The whole place felt cozy and the pool was great. Easy beach access with board rentals. Oh and daily room cleaning. And a web-interfaced TV. Well stocked kitchen. Yeah it was great! "

"Positives are, location, neighborhood, secure, and location as pictured. Beach Coffee shops and restaurants were light walks thru safe neighbor hoods. Directions to the property should not only include pictures but distances between pictures in case you can’t recognize, as I struggled with because I was arriving in the dark. Also, a bath towel should not feel like a shammy."
