"This is a great house right on the beach with great boogie boarding right out front. There were 10 of us ranging in ages from 10-80 years old. There was plenty of room. The house is well laid out and stocked with everything we needed. Communication was easy. The owner and property manager were very responsive. In all a 5-star experience."

There was more than enough space for our family is 12. Great restaurant choices within walking distance. Many nearby beaches, and we enjoyed the beach right outside our gate. Excellent choice."

"We very much enjoyed our time in Potrero and this house was perfect and spacious for family of 5 adults. It was nice to have AC in the bedrooms to get ready and to sleep. The master BR and bath are very large and the views are stunning. The kitchen and family room area do not have AC but there are plenty of ceiling fans. The kitchen is well appointed. We spent time on the large veranda and you could not beat the sunset views. The pool area had a covered area with table and chairs. The landscaping is beautiful and we loved seeing the parrots. The best was having daily cleaning and laundry. Short stroll to beach. The hardest part of walk is the steep driveway. There are many great local restaurants in town. Would definitely recommend this house for your stay in Potrero"

"Great house in a convenient area. Stayed here 6 nights between Christmas and New Years. The local manager, Tropical Homes, made everything so easy to check in, including meeting us at the house upon arrival. They were also super responsive with a few questions during our stay. The house itself is updated and easy to operate. There are vacant lots on each side so no neighbor noise. We felt very safe in this neighborhood and walked the couple blocks to dinner each night. A little car dodging on a road with no shoulder but doable. The sailing center was closed for an extended period during our stay, so if this is a factor, perhaps confirm it’s open. The beach down the block is nice and not crowded. No shade. The sand is a little dark and grainy so people go to others with softer sand. If you try other beaches, go early and probably not on a weekend. There is very little parking and the traffic in and out can be chaotic even if you get a parking place. We got in a huge jam at Flamingo beach. Owner Mike was very helpful and responsive to my questions. He provides a nice info sheet and list of recommendations in the area. We ate 3 times at the brewery restaurants. We waited 2 hours for food at Perla’s one night, so can’t recommend that. We loved having the kitchen to make breakfast and lunches as dining out is pretty expensive In this area and can take a long time. The house is very well stocked with supplies and eqpt. Great stay!"
