"to be honest the keys barely work and it's just a little bit rough with the parking. you have to use a key and then there's like a gate and then with the door it's very rough. but honestly it's amazing service. the girl in the leasing office is awesome and I do think it's a great place. there's only one pool though. they say there's six but you have to walk to different places so be careful with that. it's a little tough to get to and stuff but it is a nice place overall"

I believe that most all listings in the travel apps need much improvement on ease of actual property locations. Pictures of key locks and location of actual unit need to be posted more clearly. "My wife and I couldn’t have been happier with our stay here. The hosts are kind and friendly and made several excellent recommendations for things to do in Ocotal and even helped us map out a route to our next destination. The apartment and property were clean and comfortable and the kitchen had everything we needed to make some meals. We spent our evenings in the dipping pool. The beach is about 50 feet from the entrance to the apartment. The bay is beautiful and we saw dolphins near the shore...

"My family and I had a great stay in the condo. Some suggestions are to replace all bath towels , they were stiff and dingy even after washing. One towel tore when I husband used it to dry off. Master bed is on the hard side. Great view and walking is doable not most places it a rental car helped to travel to more places."

"Everything is walking distance (within about a 2 km radius). The kitchen has everything you need if you want to cook all your own meals. The back patio is definitely a plus: I had my morning coffee while bird watching, and on several days there were howler monkeys. "We stayed for 10 days and loved it overall - great location, easy walk to town and to the beach, loved the nearby coffee shop Guayoyo and the nearby restaurants. Having a washer and dryer available was super convenient, and the air conditioners worked great. The keypads on the gate and doors were terrific because we didn't have to keep track of keys, and I felt completely safe and that our car was safe. I can't give 5 stars for three reasons: 1. the pool was so tiny compared to how it looked...
