"Stunning place to stay! Our room was gorgeous, staff greeted us by name and made sure we had everything we could need. The beach was a 30 second walk from our bungalow. Absolutely wish to stay here again next time I'm in the area."

"Breakfast is delicious; people are nice and friendly. Close to the beach but we liked flamingo beach better in the mornings as there were no one. We didnt use the pool but we enjoyed the birds in the garden. "

"We found the owners to be very helpful including what to do in the area and even lending us equipment to go snorkeling and showing us on a map the very best places to see beautiful fish. The food was excellent, in fact as good as any of the restaurants on our entire trip! Our room was very comfortable and the pool and public areas very well maintained. "Grace and Danny at reception were so inviting and very helpful. A bit far from town but a shuttle is offered to and from the beach everyday for guests. I recommend getting dinner at the hostel because the food was amazing every night. Very social and the pool was great to hangout by for a chill day. "

"We've stayed here a few times and feel it's good value for the price. Tonight there were some ants crawling around on the floor, but heh, we're in Costa Rica so not too surprised. The pool was warm and the bed was comfy."

"The Casa Nahua is a little gem in Tamarindo. The room was fairly small, but clean and arranged sensibly. The bathroom was definitely recently updated and had a modern feel. Nice shower with shampoo and conditioner, both! And shower gel. The room has a smart TV so you can watch whatever streaming services you want to. The only downside to the room was that the fridge did not seal fully so it didn't cool its contents as well as it should have and we had to buy ice at the very nearby grocery...

"It’s a tired hotel and definitely understaffed but the food options were always great and the location is unmatched. It is located in the quieter Playa Langosta but still close enough to Tamarindo for some outings."

"Loved this place just from the beginning you literally fell like a star and since we entered until we left Christian the manager took care of us very well Just that the staff at the bar next to the swimming pool (in front of the spa) was a bit rude All the remaining staff was amazing be it in the restaurants or in the spa or the reception I would definitely return and take my whole family to it "

"This was a bucket list trip for my husband and myself and lt exceeded our expectations! The food, staff, and resort were amazing. Now the room was top tier! It was expensive but worth every $. It set the bar high for our future vacations, since then we have taken 3 more vacations and we have loved everyone! I cant say enough about the Andaz and l recommend it every chance l get! 💯"

"We loved our staying at Riu Guanacaste. The hotel was in a nice location. They have monkeys right next to the hotel and the beach was very nice. The staff was amazing and the food was very good, they have a wide variety of options at the buffet, the only thing I would say is that the other restaurants are a little difficult to book because you have to make a line before they open to get a spot. The road to get to it needs to be paved. Im glad that they will be updating this hotel because it needs it, but I will say that I loved everything about it. The entertainment crew is really great. I will definitely recommend people to stay here and I will definitely come back again. Pura Vida! "
