"This was a great QUIET little resort. We stayed 14 days and enjoyed or time at CC. Positives: the staff was awesome from the Kitchen staff to the housekeepers and maintenance staff. Everyone worked to ensure our experience was positive. Too many shining stars to list. Food was always tasty and lots. Place was well maintained. Negatives: There is no transportation provided and it was a $65usd taxi ride into town and back. The beds are rock hard. If you have a bad back or hip issues this may be a problem. We stayed during tropical storm and the work this resort did to ensure or safety and well being was the number 1 priority. All staff including the Management deserve a huge thank you. We will be back for sure!"

"A typical airport hotel. And that isn’t bad. Very efficient and friendly. Dining is hotel food not great but not awful. Comfortable and functional and that’s what you want flying in or out. "

"Very nice place. The area around us was under construction so didn't hang out outside as much as I would usually do. Breakfast are included and great! Highly recommend, easy shuttle to airport as well every 15-20min"

"We were a little hesitant about booking the Planet Hollywood hotel because we were worried it might be too "gimmicky" and we wouldnt get a good vibe for the culture and country. It was awesome- far exceeded our expectations. The resort was smaller, but all the staff got to know us, were super friendly and wabted to make sure we had an amazing experience. They had a lot of restaurant options, and the food was DELICIOUS. We have been to a few all-inclusive resorts before, and this one had the beat food by far. They have a coffee shop with freshe coffee, pastries and ice cream. The buffet was expansive with a lot of options, and the dinner restaurants were incredible. We had lunch by the pool at the burger bar often, as they always had entertainment happening dueing the day by the pool or at night in the main building- we were never bored! It was wonderful for our teenage daughters to be able to wander by themselves and we didn't feel nervous for their safety. We would definitely reccomend it to anyone, and we hope to come back! "

"The TV in the room needs to be updated. The elevators need to be updated. I got stuck twice and the display inside the elevator was not functioning. "

"I arrive 14th November at about noon time, was asked for ID and it was not returned to me. I checked out at about 09:00 following day and nobody reach to me to give back my ID. I had just called the place and my ID is there. Very disappointment with the service. "

"Everyone was so friendly and had no issues at all. Unfortunately we had a lot of rain, but still enjoyed all of the wonderful people we met! Check in was very smooth and no issues with our room! Building #2. Went to coco beach to do some shopping and used uber. Was worth the trip. Food was okay, if you are not a picky eater. I do not eat meat, so it was a bit of an issue there. Otherwise no complaints!"
