He was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable—planning our trip with him was a joy, and we felt so well taken care of during our first time in Costa Rica. On our final night, we had an unforgettable dinner at the Sunset restaurant thanks to Jonathan. He created a personalized and delicious dining experience and was so personable, kind, and attentive. His service was the perfect way to end our trip. We also want to shout out Steven, Sofia, and Cristian at Sunset—each of them was so warm and helpful, adding to the incredible experience. We have to mention though, every single staff member we came in contact with was friendly, kind, funny and helpful. We had the best time during our first visit to Costa Rica and would recommend Planet Hollywood to all of our friends and family. We’re already looking forward to coming back!"

The rooms did have a distinct sewer type smell I did change rooms and the second room was not as bad but still was there it comes from the toilet I’m sure. The roads to get there are awful get ready for that drive. Everything is far rent a car. "
