"We were upgraded which was a lovely surprise. AJ and the rest of the staff were great - friendly, courteous and efficient. The location of this hotel is great. A couple of minutes from Oxford Circus tube and bang in the middle of the West End. Room was large with a comfortable bed, large TV with Sky channels and a chaise longer.
