"Looking a little tired in places but it is an old building. I’ve stayed in two different rooms now and they are huge. Staff are fantastic and breakfast arrives really quickly as you pre order the night before."

"Friendly and Respectful Staffs Very Nice Place to Stay Clean and quiet Spacious Waiting area with Riestaurant you can order foods and can relax too in the lobby. With Swimming pool and Gym Light is not to bright which I really like Very Convenient Very Relaxing. Excellent. Will choose again to stay if we go again to Bristol in the future. Many Thanks! 😊"

"Loved everything about the hotel itself & the staff extremely helpful & polite. If I was going to point out room for improvement, then on the website , it says parking is available but not about a variable cost. As it was, I was staying under 24 hours therefore £5 was affordable. "
