If you want convenience and low cost, This place delivers. Its pretty thread bare right now. Carpets and furniture are worn out. Locks on door did not inspire a lot of confidence. they are in the process of completely rebuilding 1/4 of the rooms. You cant stay any closer to the activities at clifton hill than this.
