"The view from our room was amazing. The only hiccup was at checkin as their marching that makes the keys for the rooms wasn’t working. The managers stepped in and they made the best of a bad situation. All in all they were great and the staff was very accommodating. "

"Enjoyed the stay, but found the property rather basic and in need of a fresher look. Furniture tired looking ,as was the bathroom, no refrigerator in room. Elevators small and basic also."

"Very good customer service with the concierge. They were able to accommodate all my requests. The room was very clean and quiet. I also had a little trouble with my shower and they sent some one from maintinance right away! She was also very friendly, nice and resolved my issue. All of the staff was friendly and nice. I loved that it was a 10 minute walk from Niagra Falls. "
