I am gluten free and at breakfast, there was a gluten free section for bread. I had a slice then went back for another, asked the worker what type of bread it is and turns out it was NOT gluten free. It was filled with regular bread. I was terribly sick for my flight back home. Terrible experience

Great property but the Male Receptionist was a case study in make sure the customer that is spending 1000 dollars on two rooms is made to feel wrong for arriving an hour and. Half before check in.. most property’s say “we were sold out last night, but we will get you in your room as soon as possible . “. When I called Marriott down the street they offered to get us in a room… this guy was like sorry, not my problem that your flight got you here early. Besides 3pm check in … read the sign pal”. All he had to do was display some common sense decency to weary travelers, but instead he choose to power trip us.. for that reason, as much as I enjoy taking my business to a multitude of nice hotels, this platinum Expedia member and platinum elite bon voy member will just not spend our money with the Hyatt chain unless we just have to.

The last day the elevator was not working, we found vodka bottles under the bed, as Muslims this is unacceptable. The first room the toilet and the fridge were leaking water, they changed us, the beds were not comfortable we asked for an upgrade to have two beds instead of a sofabed so the kids wouldn't sleep on it because you could feel the spring and they didn't do it either, we had to rent another hotel to sleep and only come back for the rest of our things on Monday to check out, food was not that good. Never again what a terrible experience
