"Beautiful rooms"

"We have stayed at The Giacomo every year since 2010 when it opened. It pains me to say that the place is showing wear and tear and needs some TLC. The toilet seat was peeling & stained, the drapes & carpets need some help, the Bar needs some decent glassware and to be stocked better, the TV had one channel. It's still a beautiful hotel, but COME ON ASCEND - put some $ into this hotel like you do your others. Nothing has been updated or fixed since it opened. It makes me sad. New York has...

"We had a comfortable stay at stone mills. Bed is a bit softer than we like, but all very clean and tidy. Front desk staff is there to help check in, and out. Location is excellent with restaurant and shops around. Front desk staff can use more hospitality and smile on their face."
