"We were in downtown Buffalo for an event and we chose this hotel because it was within walking distance to the event. The hotel was beautiful and our room was lovely. We didn't hear traffics noise or sounds from inside the hotel. The bed was so comfortable and I had wished we were staying another night just so I could sleep in it one more time. Our only complaints were that our fireplace didn't work and the bathroom door was a barn door setup but there was a large gap when it was closed. I was...

"Excellent view from room and distance attractions. Toilet would turn on to refill the tank about every 10 minutes. WiFi not ver good. "

"Beautiful property, perfect location, the dining was delicious. The only thing is, our bathroom lights were all out, except for one bulb, so it was hard to see. The mirror’s light wasn’t working either. We told the staff but they didn’t seem to mind but will definitely go back! Loved it. "

"I spoke to the manager directly the day before my arrival and she was able to accommodate my early arrival so I could settle in before the wedding I was attending at 4pm. The Inn is lovely and my room was clean, well maintained, tastefully decorated and spacious. Very much enjoyed my stay."
