Our room was very comfortable. My only negative comment would be , we asked for shower chair ( my husband is an amputee ) and the hotel didn’t have any . Other than that we enjoyed our stay here .

I was impressed with the hotel location and surroundings and was more impressed with the room - size, furnishings and cleanliness. Very comparable to 4 star hotels. It was a good value. I will stay there again during return trips to Buffalo.

I’ve stayed at this hotel frequently, but this visit was disappointing. The room was not properly cleaned: dirty towels and floor mats, food/candy left on the floor (presumably from the previous guest), a half-empty bottle of shampoo in the shower, and stains on the couch. I usually enjoy staying here, but this experience fell short of the usual standards.
