"The properties a little worn out, but it did have good coffee and tea in the room, the staff is super friendly but most of all it’s all about LOCATION LOCATION LOCATION. You’re a three minute walk from Piccadilly Circus, and Chinatown. You’re also on one of the best streets for shopping in London, and the hotel lobby is very beautiful. The shining star of this property is the wonderful staff, great customer service, so friendly and really accommodated me. I would stay here again."

"A rough start at check in, as the previous occupants had not checked out and the room wasn’t ready. It looks good on paper, letting you stay a full 24 hours but in practice it doesn’t always work out. There’s a reason the whole hotel industry has several hours between check out and new check ins. That being said, the staff went above and beyond getting us in our room with a complimentary gift basket of snacks and drinks for our inconvenience. The live entertainment in the lobby/lounge was wonderful. The singer was very talented and not too loud for the limited space. "
