"Stayed here with my daughter and could not fault the place. Rooms compact and clean. The bed was extremely comfortable. Would have liked a small fridge, however pretty minor In the scheme of things. Breakfast was delicious. Every member of staff were polite, helpful and cheerful. Want to give a shout out to the Scottish fella on reception who extremely helpful with recommendations. Didn't catch his name. Finally location was brilliant. 5 mins walk from Waverley station."

"Great stay for visit to the Playhouse. Walking distance from Waverly station, to St James Quarter and Playhouse. Best location for what we we had planned. Floor 0 takes you to Waverly station avoiding all the traffic lights and longer walk to station. Staff lovely, rooms beautiful. "

"We came here on our babymoon and it was just what we needed. The staff couldn’t have been more helpful if they tried - anything we asked for they helped us with. I’ve been struggling with sleep and they delivered more pillows to our room, they were informative about the area and were really helpful with whatever we asked them for. The location is excellent, just around the corner from George Street which was great for shopping and having a slow mooch and coffee. "
