Old Waverley Hotel
3.0 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very Good, (1011)

It had a small window overlooking an interior patio, but that didn’t bother me given the purpose of my stay. The bathroom with a bathtub was also clean. Bed really comfortable too. Apex Waterloo Place Hotel
4.0 star property
9.0 out of 10, Wonderful, (1380)
"We had a really enjoyable stay! The attention to detail throughout the hotel and the friendly staff made the experience even better. The spa was lovely, though a bit small, so it can get busy quickly. We visited early in the mornings and late at night when it was quieter. I’ll definitely recommend it and hope to return in the future!"

"Great location, very clean, comfortable beds, light and airy, big apartment space. Only downsides are no lift and annoyingly, very poorly insulated windows mean you hear every sound on the street...cars, drunk people coming home, rubbish collection etc etc if that was addressed this would be the perfect place to stay in Edinburgh!"
