"We stayed for a couple of nights in December - the 1 bed flat was good overall. One thing we noticed was bin bags full of rubbish left in the lift- they were there every day of our stay, we’d go out and come back with the bin bags still there and smelly. Avoid the lift and use the stairs!"

"Cosy 2-bedroom apartment. Clean and well equipped with kitchenette, washer and dryer. Good for family stay. About 8 mins walk to St James Quarter where the parking is. Entry to the apartment building is in a back alley. While it’s well lit, the occasional noise from the garbage bins can be disturbing in the night. Overall, still good."

"This is a cute property with excellent staff. The price is very reasonable for being in the downtown area of the city. For being on a busy road right by the bus station, it wa surprisingly quiet. Easy access to shopping and dining options and within walking distance to Edinburgh castle. 10/10 I would gladly stay there again. "

Only electronic access through a link to the apartment and they won’t give you a code unless you call 6 times (the link stopped working 2 days in). If you don’t have 4/3g or WiFi you can’t get in! 2. Dust was everywhere 3. Maintenance was pushy about coming into our flat even though we said no 4. Apartment wasn’t stocked with basics like napkins, more than 1 loo roll, etc 5. "Excellent location , lovely room. Only downside i would say is it got really cold i dont think the heaters were working properly they were on but not as high as we wanted to we did put it up as high, also night time the boiler made noise i slept through it but my friend couldnt. Nevertheless lovely location property clean! :) "
