"Fabulous stay in this brilliant location. About 50 metres from one of the exits to Waverley Station to the rear entrance of the hotel. The front entrance is beside the city tour bus stops and Princes Street is about 100 metres away. We checked in on-line however as we arrived early we wanted to drop our bags while we went out to explore Edinburgh. Unfortunately we had to wait in a queue for about 10 minutes as there were a lot of people checking in."

"The hotel location was great! Easy walking to everything touristy. However The hotel is only accessible with stairs—there is an elevator from check in to the room floors, but from ground floor to check in there is only stairs. The room itself was a bit tired but overall comfortable enough for a weekend trip. The only real downside was the shower which had very inconsistent temperature. Can recommend the breakfast bar though, tasty and great view of the Scot monument. "

"Good hotel. Location was good Beds were comfy No noise from outer areas when in rooms Bathrooms could have done with an extra clean especially with attention to the wall tiles. "

"Great for an overnight stay in Edinburgh at the weekend. Brilliant location and the room was really nicely done. The only issue to note was noise, although you couldn’t hear the bar music from the room on the third floor, you could hear other bars and people on the street outside well into the morning. Not an issue unless you’re a light sleeper"
