Car parking was a bit of a pain in the Pepper Street car park and very difficult to get out (more instructions from hotel staff may have helped) - we would probably find alternative parking another time. However, absolutely wonderful stay in the hotel and will definitely be returning."

"Check in was easy, bedrooms a good size and very comfortable beds. Heated towel rail & extractor not working. Tea & coffee facilities and a room safe. Cleaning staff could be a little more attentive during the stay. Food is very good quality and very well cooked, delightful dining room staff, thanks to Rory, Alex & Beth. Will return in the future to this ancient castle complete with peacocks!"
