"This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek. "This was our second time staying here. The location is great if you just want to step out into downtown. However, the upstairs neighbors had a very loud party the first night we stayed that lasted until 2am. In addition, the security deposit is excessive. They charge your card 1500$ when you book and it took 2 weeks after we left to get the refund. "Studio is clean, cute and cozy. We stayed one night for the Victorian Christmas and easily walked downtown in about 10 minutes. Hosts very responsive and lots of nice little touches like fresh coffee beans. My only caveat (and the reason for 4 vs. 5 stars) is the parking. Very steep driveway that we found it difficult to navigate backing into it on a curve with a mid-sized SUV."
