"This was our second time staying here. The location is great if you just want to step out into downtown. However, the upstairs neighbors had a very loud party the first night we stayed that lasted until 2am. In addition, the security deposit is excessive. They charge your card 1500$ when you book and it took 2 weeks after we left to get the refund. "This 39 acres is so delightful to explore. Everyday we would experience a morning walk to a pond and then further on to a lovely walk in the woods with the sound of the running creek.
