"Our group spent 2 amazing weeks at this villa. Adam was so helpful from assisting us with airport transfers to dinner reservations. The property was very well maintained. Rooms were spacious and we all really enjoyed the outdoor space. Short walk to the beach and numerous wonderful restaurants."

"Great location and communication with property manager and owner. Teresa the property manager was so responsive. The lay-out of the house is perfect for families. Kitchen was large and an added bonus was 2 refrigerators! Outdoor space was beautiful. Would be all around 5 stars if pool area spruced up a bit with new floats, table and chairs, etc. Also a few drapes inside house should be replaced. Great family time! "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villas Escondido. The property was very clean, the owner was very friendly and helpful. Villas Escondido is an absolute Oasis. It was quiet and peaceful. The unit had everything we needed. It is a 3 km walk into town, however taxis are available and were reasonable. We plan to visit again"

"Mariana was an awesome host and very attentive. She helped us reserving an Uber because the location is tricky. Pros are great location and 3 minutes from a nice quiet beach. Lots of shops and gourmet restaurants close-by. Good quality cookware and linens. Free Movies on TV and nice amenities like big BBQ. Cons inaccurate listing. Plumbing could be a little better. Wonderful rental overall. Highly recommended. "

"Over all of the property was beautiful and enjoyable but there was a few things we noticed. 1st thing we noticed was the property was missing beds. Yes beds its advertised as sleeping 10 with 5 bedrooms and 1 room with 2 beds in it. It does not. It has 1 king size bed per room and there are only 4 bedrooms. The second bed is a old dirty nasty cot which needs a new mattress. We asked for extra blankets to try to make due with the bed situation. When yhe women came she gave us blankets and sheets...

"Casa Cantera made for an amazing stay for our family. Gorgeous, well-maintained house and great location, this was the best equipped rental we have ever stayed in. The roof deck was a big bonus. Julie and her team are very responsive to any questions. The only downside is the street can be quite busy and noisy during rush hour."
