"The Villa was really a lovely house with three spacious bedrooms, two spacious full baths and a nice half bath. The pool was beautiful – always clean with cold water. And the top balcony was spectacular with beautiful views.Unfortunately, there were some little things that needed improvement.For example, there was a grill outside, but the lights that were over the grill didn’t work. And then I discovered that the grill itself did not work because the battery needed to be replaced in the starter....

"Just like the pictures. The house was beautiful in a gated neighborhood. Right outside the gates it became very authentic Mexican which was great for us. Tacos everywhere. Great access to allThe surrounding towns. House was set up great for the stay. Property manager was great at communicating.One thing to mention is that it’s listed as (4) beds but one bed is a futon. I kind of figured that out by the pictures but may be worth noting. Only one extra blanket for that futon too so a little more...

"The home was in a great location. The images on VRBO eludes to a yard. But there is not one. We have a dog and the grass areas are very limited within the community but road alongside community offered safe walking area with other dog owners to meet. The Bucerias location was perfect for the beach and touring the areas north of PV. We would stay here again"

"I have used VRBO over 20 times, 95% of my reviews are 4-5 star. This place was a BAD experience. No microwave so you must re-heat everything on the stove. Sleeps 9 people in beds and coffee maker makes 2.5 cups at a time. Upstairs shower does not drain. Door lock broke inside but there was a 2nd. Pull handle on door also broke. Owner left 2 towels for each of 3 bathrooms. She said if we wanted more we could go buy some. House shows no pride in ownership. Any thing that needed replacing was done...
