"Only stayed here two nights / but they were fabulous. The best part was the window seat in our bedroom. It was gorgeous to sit and drink coffee at in the morning - and wind down watching the city at night. The beds and bath were lovely as well. Easy access to transit and the staff found not have been better!"
"Location was great and the hotel and the surrounding area is very safe. Staff was friendly and great, and the atmosphere is a great respite from a busy and hectic shopping day."
"What makes this place special is an incredible unwavering culture of service. If there is anything they can do to make their guest comfortable they will not hesitate to do it. Great place to spend a work or vacation stay. "

"We loved the Kintaro & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Arriving at the hotel you find a beautiful, elegant lobby and a welcoming reception. Our room was clean, quiet, quite spacious and very well appointed with generous amenities and a complimentary mini bar. The bed was very comfortable and the soft night shirts were a nice touch. I regretted that we never got to check out the rooftop because it doesn’t open until 6 pm and we were generally on our way out for the evening by then but we had a good room service meal on our first night. "
"Staff was very friendly and answered all of our questions and concerns! Also, every day candy, dango, and other assortments were given as free items.
For each room, there is the option of do not disturb, eco clean, and full service clean everyday, All were great!
It’s also near so many restaurants, things to do, and generally Akasaka! It was a perfect location because the Akasaka station was a 2 minute walk away while Akasaka- Mitsuke station was about an 8 minute walk which were the 2 lines we used to get everywhere across the city
Would definitely stay here again! "
"The location is close to a main train station and has access to all lines. Easy commute to visit all of Japan. The hotel room is also decent in size -for Japan standards. We would definitely come back! "
"Spa, massage, view and gym were all amazing. My package came with free breakfast which exceeded my expectation. The best of all was the service and attention to detail. Though I did pay 145 for laundry and was not warned about the bill. I thought it was included so please review the prices before doing the services. "
