A beautiful hotel with multiple amenities, convenient stores, shops, and restaurants nearby. It's also a reasonable walking distance from subway stations. The employees of the hotel had wonderful service. It was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anybody traveling.

Our room was top notch, complete with a cyprus bath for soaking after a long day of sightseeing. The staff was incredible, open to all questions and even providing translation with a taxi driver. We stayed in a Shin-Edo room which was phenomenal. We loved the cypress bath and the modern Japanese style to the room. The room was also very large for Japanese standards. The staff at the hotel was also exceptional. Everyone we interacted with was extremely kind and professional, and most spoke good English which was a plus for us.
