Excellent service and great location, only one stop from Tokyo station. Walkable to Ginza area. Our room was a bit dated in decor but absolutely spotlessly clean. Service was great and we were well looked after. If you are having breakfast there, definitely try the a la carte restaurant option. In a beautiful formal dining room and the food was great.

Perfect for families. The location was so convenient and the staff are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are much more spacious than average Tokyo hotel rooms

Great hotel with best location, link to train station, many dining locations and shopping. Staffs so nice and helpful. The room clean and comfort complete with pajamas and newspaper in the morning. This hotel highly recommended
