"It was very pleasant stay at Hotel Sheraton. The hotel is infront of Pacific ocean harbour island. Location is very beautiful and the view from hotel is really awesome. Will always recommend staying at hotel Sheraton."

"We had a good stay. The Tropics Cantina was closed so our only real option was the Barefoot Bar - but the food there was really good. They allowed a late checkout ( 1 hour) without charge."

"All of the hotel staff was very friendly. Parking ramp was very accessible. We used the hot tub daily at 6am when they opened and the area was not cleaned from the night before. There was always towels and other items leftover. Other than that the other areas of the pool deck were very clean. We ate at Brew 30 on Christmas night. We sat at the table for 30 minutes and no water was offered. I approached the server 4 times during that 30 minutes to ask for menus and water and he continued to say he will be right there and never came. I went to the bar for water and ordered our food online. They did offer to comp our desert for the inconvenience. Other than these 2 small issues this hotel was amazing. Beautiful, comfortable and convenient. Housekeeping delivered several items to our room that we forgot. I would definitely use this hotel for our future travels."
