"This is a great hotel to layover or stay for a few days. The breakfast buffet is worth the price. The rooms are very spacious. The overall feeling of the hotel is what a visit to Japan embodies. They have shuttles to and from the airport. They have a shuttle to and from the train station and the nearby mall. The staff from the front desk, the cleaning staff, the restaurant staff are all.very kind and courteous. I would highly recommend this hotel for your Japan trip."

"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."
