Free shuttle bus was large,clean and the driver helped with my husbands wheelchair as well as our luggage. Would definitely stay again. "

" This was the ideal hotel for us after arriving from Narita and before going elsewhere in Chiba the following days. The complimentary shuttle from the airport and the location next to the train station were the deciding factors in us booking this hotel. Having a hot spring bath was an added treat after long airplane travel. Would stay here again if our plans worked well with including it in the itinerary. APA is always a reliable choice."
