The property is 3km from Narita Airport with a shuttle to and from the airport The rooms are cozy and bed are very comfortable with many toiletries in case you forgot at home Breakfast has everything and is delicious. Counts with American and Japanese breakfast buffet. The staff is incredibly helpful.

Property is very close to Narita Airport. It is a little isolated from Narita city center, but there is a good restaurant and mini mart in the hotel. Great place for 1-2 day lay-over.

Very sorry, but when Me and my friend went swimming on 10/31/24, the lady at the counter(swimming pool and spa facility) was very rude and unpleasant to us. We both didn't have a swimming cap, and so she got very annoyed with us and treated us harshly. We are paying customers(guests). Why scold us and treat us unkind because of no swimming caps?? Shameful on IHG!!

The dining options were a very good buffet breakfast, reasonably priced and Lawson off the lobby. Fancy restaurant on top floor closed Tuesday & Wednesday. The shuttle bus was every hr. And less frequently shuttle to shopping mall. The beds were very hard and we could feel the wire springs. They came with very thin mattress covers but it didn’t help much. Beds rate as 0/10. Bathroom was clean and had a very big bath. We wouldn’t stay here again.

Very convenient location from the airport. The free shuttle from Narita airport was on time and the bus was wonderful. Theres not much around the airport to explore. But there is a restaurant (the breakfast buffet is amazing!), a cafe, and a little market (like 7-11). Very friendly staff and clean rooms!

The Staff was Amazing and Very helpful, Great food from the restaurant, the rooms are cozy and spacious, there is a convenient store inside if you feel like getting a late-night snack/food or last-minute souvenirs as well as a Smoking room, and there are shuttle busses that are scheduled to come and take you back to the airport or the shopping mall. All in all, I enjoyed my stay here and will continue to book this place every time I come to Japan, and I would recommend this place to anyone staying in Narita, thank you to the staff at ANA Crowne Plaza Narita for your wonderful hospitality and I look forward to staying here again.
