"Very handy for the airport, especially if you have an early flight out of Narita. You’ll need to book the Hotel to Airport bus ahead of time, but the Airport to Hotel bus is an easy hop on from the downstairs pickup area. Interior dated but reasonable for the price. Not a fan of the firm buckwheat pillows, no support. All in all, fine for what we needed"

"I only stayed here one night, as I was just passing through Tokyo, but the bed was comfy which is what I needed after a 13 hour flight. The staff was great and checked me in quickly so I could rest. My room was spacious and peaceful and very clean. I would stay here again if I needed to stay close to the airport as they provide a free shuttle to and from the airport. Overall a short, nice and comfortable stay. "

"The staff were all friendly and very kind and helpful. I was surprised at how wonderful the breakfast was, and at the variety of food available. Especially considering it is included in the cost of your stay. The room while small was well thought out with a safe, hairdryer, slippers etc. The washroom was small but a good use of space with sink and bathtub sharing a moveable faucet. Very ingenious! "APA Hotels have been one of our go to hotels while in Japan. Locations are great, properties are updated, well amenitied, clean, safe. Prices are competitive. For some reason, every time upon check in their computer system never recognizes my passport info thus prolonging/delaying the said matter. Thought it was a one time glitch but it happens always. Staff cannot explain why this happens as well."
