"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."

"It is a perfect stopover before taking an evening trip. We paid $5 per hour fee for late checkout. The hotel provided transportation to the airport, which was very comfortable. We use their gym. Their noodle soup was good a la carte. 711 stays open, 24 hours a day. Bought water and desserts. This is the second time I use this hotel on a stopover. "

"This being my first night in Japan, I had nothing to compare it to - this hotel is old, but decently kept up and the airport shuttle, onsen and FamilyMart in the lobby made it a place I'll definitely return to if I get the chance!
