" This was the ideal hotel for us after arriving from Narita and before going elsewhere in Chiba the following days. The complimentary shuttle from the airport and the location next to the train station were the deciding factors in us booking this hotel. Having a hot spring bath was an added treat after long airplane travel. Would stay here again if our plans worked well with including it in the itinerary. APA is always a reliable choice."

"The rooms are old, bad ventilated and do smell bad. The hotel is used as hub for flight crews, noisy tourist groups ...so do not expect undisturbed nights ... it is very noisy. The stuff is generally helpful and friendly, but not on top of the situation. They were unable to provide me with the room type as ordered and where not able to compensate for that ... I am very disappointed."
