"Location is good. There is convenient free shuttle service to the airport for you to take day trips to Tokyo using the train services. Service was always excellent and the staff spoke English well so I didn't have to struggle with my Japanese all the time. Shuttle to the AEON Mall was nice but the bus is small and was always very crowded. Facilities were nice although the furniture in the rooms were starting to look a little beat up. I got lost, no one to show me the room was in the other building. Disappointed outdoor onsen was closed. Otherwise, hotel was ok, a little old. Nice robe provided, toiletry and slippers. "

"Check-in attendant wasn't very friendly. They only accept cash, but I thought I had paid online. He rudely told me I was wrong. I asked him to help my friend get to the train station and he said "why?". With customer service like that you could have a ticket machine do a better job."
