"Great place to stay! The gentleman at the front desk was so pleasant and kind. The room was great. Would have loved to have a microwave but it’s not the end of the world. I’m definitely the type of person to clean/disinfect a room before I unpack and I was pleasantly surprised here. The one thing that I was unhappy with was the breakfast. Really really below expectations. When you’re paying almost $300 nightly you expect a decent “complimentary breakfast” and this did not hit the mark. Wish I would have had time to enjoy the outdoor amenities but I will have to try to get out there next time! Other than that I was pretty happy with my stay. "

"It was amazing. I enjoyed the staff, the rooftop, fitness center, and dining for breakfast. The common area was nice to sit at if I wanted to enjoy coffee and wait for our friends. Just a great place and great location! We were able to walk everywhere downtown. I also loved having a Starbucks in walking distance. "

"Property was conveniently located near wineries and downtown St. Helena. Hotel had wine tasting discounts with a few of the wineries. Restaurant was excellent. Pool/hot tub on site. Room was clean and well appointed. Dog friendly for an extra charge. "

"Great hotel right in downtown Napa surrounded by all kinds of restaurants, shopping, etc. All the staff from check in to check out gave great hospitality service, very friendly and helpful. Nice clean rooms with all the amenities needed. I would book another stay here for sure. "

"Ive stayed at this property twice and have had a wonderful experience. I only wish there was more lighting in the rooms. The bathrooms are very dark, its difficult to get ready in such low light. However, overall ive been able to relax and enjoy my stay. "

"We paid for an upgraded room with private outdoor fireplace for 5 nights. It rained part of the time, but there were plenty of times when it was dry. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the fireplace even once, because the cushions on the outdoor chairs were soaked and could never dry out due to cold temps. The staff should be provided covers for the cushions (or should remove them) during rainy times. This upgrade was of no value to us. That was very disappointing."
