"The room and amenities are generally all great, esp for families that need a kitchenette. The pool, restaurants and flat turf areas for young kids to run around we're perfect for us. The only thing lacking is probably the pace of service. They mentioned they were short staffed, so asking for additional items like blankets, towels, taking out the trash, etc. took the full day and additional reminders to get the items in."

"Archer Napa Didn’t like: first room on second floor, where all the large festivities and conventions are probably held raised a noise concern. Thankfully no events were held that day. However the ventilation in the room was quite noisy. The room was quite small and the bench affixed to the foot of the bed left a narrow space between it and the dresser.
