Luckily the staff were very nice and explained the situation, but we had to make last minute accommodations to stay elsewhere which was not fun after a long day of traveling. "Great location halfway between Hilo and Volcano. The property is away from main road and quiet. It is fenced in so kids can run around safely. There is a lot for them to explore. Make sure you take rain boots for the kids. Each bedroom has a king size bed. You will hear the coqui frogs every night. We loved the location and our stay there. I wish there was a dishwasher in the kitchen."

"You were here to visit our children and grandchildren who live about five minutes down the road in Mountain View. The instructions to get in were perfect. House is beautiful. Even better than the pictures. Beautifully stocked. Beautifully decorated. We found it easy to maneuver and the extra things like bathrobes and shower supplies were lovely!
