"We had a great time. The house is perfectly located next door to Lake Arrowhead village..walking distance to everything. The house was very clean and accomodated our family perfectly. The master bedroom had one of the most comfortable beds ever! We would definitely book again."

"Our stay was great. This house had all the basics and accommodated a full family. I would recommend if you want to stay in the area. It’s much better than a hotel. We found the house to be clean, had a nice washer dryer, nice bathrooms and a spacious driveway. The kitchen is pretty bare bones so keep that in mind if you’re thinking about cooking a lot. "

"My wife and I booked last minute and ran down to this location for a few days. It was very obvious that this is new refurbished (flipped). House was bland without TV or entertainment things. Backyard and front yard was very overgrown. Not all the windows have coverings, and the beds were INCREDIBLY uncomfortable. Sheets felt cheap and mattress was stiff as a board. " We had a little difficulty finding and checking in to the property in the dark, but Jacky quickly answered our call and helped us through the process. There is no heat in the main living area but the heaters in the bedrooms were very efficient and helpful there. A few more amenities would have been appreciated (paper towels, Kleenex, etc.) We weren’t able to locate any check-out instructions, so we’re hoping there weren’t any. We really appreciated the cleanliness of the property!!!"

"We would 1000% stay here again! I planned a little friends get away to celebrate my partners birthday and this house surpassed our expectations. The view was amazing, the house had everything we needed (coffee grinder, blender, cooking things, etc), our dog was welcome, and check in/out was a breeze! We also loved how there was multiple places to gather and the porch over looking the view was our favorite. Looking forward to our next trip. "

"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. "Easy to find location. I grew up with a vacation home around the corner, which is why i chose this place. Walk to the village within minutes for shops, restaurants and grocery store. Place was clean and presented well. Not sure why the screen room was missing its screen or why the top level tv room lights didnt work. As for the entry door step, i suggest for safety reasons you add another 2x4 for a little more length for stepping out of the doorway. Other than that, enjoyed our stay....
