"Room in friendly couple's house. The bed was comfortable and the hospitality great. The exterior had construction in progress (new ADU being built), but not on the days I was there. Room had it's own bathroom and the neighborhood was nice and convenient to parks and stores. Ave. cleanliness--not great (bathroom), but not bad. Reasonable, modest accommodations. Easy parking."

"We arrived just prior to midnight at the property. It was difficult to locate. The grass was knee high and garbage on the front porch. We had no where else to go. The patio was dirty and unkempt. The instructions were to not wear shoes, keep the temperature at 75 degrees, not to flush toilet paper. We stayed. Mistake. "This home is perfect! Beautiful design and even nicer than the photos. Hannah and Jeff were super responsive and check in was super easy. The pool area is beautiful, as is the view. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend!"

"This "Tiny Home" was a fun retreat in a camping trailer sized Cottage with all the amenities of a regular home. Fully stocked with all amenities to cook regular meals, do laundry, TV, faux functioning fireplace and small hot tub which all were made use of without issues. Support for any and all questions throughout the weekend were quickly answered. A minor detail that may seem trivial but was nice to realize was the ample outlets throughout the unit. "Absolutely loved this place! I was traveling by myself for a working holiday and enjoyed every minute of my stay. Gabi was a very thoughtful host that made sure I was well taken care of. Since I was working, I turned the kitchen table into a multi-monitor work station. The chair was surprisingly comfortable for my long hours. More so, the bed was incredibly comfortable. I've had multiple back surgeries, so that was a concern for me. I stayed for almost two weeks and my back had zero problems....
