There were 6 adults and we had plenty of room to comfortably enjoy the house.The kitchen is large with a big island and large dining table truly embracing the heart of the house. It was a great area to gather for meals. Right off the kitchen is a beautiful backyard with a nice pool, grill, basketball hoop. and sitting area another great place we often gathered and enjoyed during our two week...

"We were one of the first to rent this house and found it very clean and newly renovated. We had 4 people that each got their own bedroom and queen or king bed. The layout is great for having your own bedroom, but lots of open space to gather as well. The kitchen, DR & LR form a great room with access to a patio and nice little backyard. The best part was that Jing (owner) was very responsive to any requests that we had and was a delightfully cheerful host. "

"This property was as shown although I expected the space to have a sitting area, which there isn’t. It’s is very nice and adequate for the two of us, but don’t try to cram more than 3 adults in into this space. It was fully equipped with the necessary tools and kitchen appliances, but lacked enough bathroom tissue and no paper towels. Had hot water issues, also. Overall, thumbs up!"
