"VRBO said "new listing" with 0 reviews. Everyone's got to start somewhere, so I took the risk and booked, figuring I'd write a nice first review.First off, the interior DID look like the photos, that's good. And it was mostly cleaned, so far so good. "Annie was responsive. Appreciated it was a "no shoe" policy home and it was clean. Convenient location. Also really appreciated that we did not have to pre-clean the home before we left (like empty garbage, strip beds, or start a load in the washer). Did not like the bidets in the bathrooms though."

"I dont normally go into details, but i felt obligated to share a couple of things. In the title, it says 20 mins to Disneyland. Im sorry to say this, but thats not true. My wife and I and 8 others stayed in this home for 7 days. This was our first trip to Disneyland and this place, saying that its only 20 mins away was to good to be true. Price was amazing and the place when we showed up was perfect for our group. We went to Disneyland 5 times. The shortest trip which was a Sunday took 32 mins....

"I was thoroughly impressed with this property all around! The main attraction was the real creek that is accessible to from the backyard. It was private and serene. However I was even more impressed with the dayspa-like backyard that included a sauna, hot tub and ice plunge. "Everything was nice and simple. Clean. Very spacious. Only thing that sucked was the gate control didn’t work for us so had to drive the longer way to go in through the front gate. And also after 2nd and 3rd shower the hot water ran out."

"This property was not as described. The VRBO website indicated this house would sleep seven and shows four beds. There is no fourth bed as shown in the photos. The website indicates 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. There is no king bed. Sleeping arrangements describe the beds differently. The site indicates 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one half bath. There is no bathtub. The second shower is not large enough for an adult and there is no half bath. So technically there is one complete bath and the...

"I usually don’t do reviews but this one is a must, mostly because I was so nervous to book thru Vrbo, they absolutely didn’t let me down. Great location. Lovely property definitely a must stay. Everything about the house is amazing from the decor to the fantastic pool and lounge area. Spacious and cozy perfect for family and large crowds. Most certainly would book again."

"We love this property! Alphonso is the best host, excellent communication and follow up. The property has everything you would want or need.We were there during the fires and had to evacuate for 2 days then go back (no power) and it was all good. We always will stay here when visiting CA if it is available."

"We really enjoyed our stay! Very clean and family friendly Neighborhood is ideal and serene! Had a couple of times couldn’t reach host but I would definitely stay there again! Met all my expectations!"

"Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction. "

"We really enjoyed the convenience of having our own space while we were visiting family and friends. The only negative thing I have to say is that I use a CPAP machine and I had a very hard time finding the plug behind the bed. And in the bedroom there were not enough usable plugs to plug in all our devices."

"Home suited our needs. Great backyard, though we didnt really use it. Train tracks were closer than listing led us to believe, and nighttime train honking took a bit of getting used to, but not too big of a deal. Would stay again!"

"Unit was nice and clean. It was just as advertised. The neighborhood was a little iffy. Our neighbors (guests in the unit next door) would smoke in and around their building so the entire entry stairway smelled like cigarettes. Also every night between 10:15 - 11:15 or 11:30, they would start yelling at each other and pounding on their doors. But inside ur unit, it was very clean and nicely furnished. And since the A/C was working so well, we just kept all the doors and windows tightly closed...
