"I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The website indicates 1 king bed and 2 queen beds. There is no king bed. Sleeping arrangements describe the beds differently. The site indicates 2 bathrooms with bathtub and one half bath. "Easy to find location. I grew up with a vacation home around the corner, which is why i chose this place. Walk to the village within minutes for shops, restaurants and grocery store. Place was clean and presented well. Not sure why the screen room was missing its screen or why the top level tv room lights didnt work. As for the entry door step, i suggest for safety reasons you add another 2x4 for a little more length for stepping out of the doorway. Other than that, enjoyed our stay....

"Dean took care of a couple of minor things otherwise our stay was very comfy"

"Cockroaches, bugs,, and spiders/spiderwebs throughout the house. Outside of property looks like the place should be condemned. Five foot tall weeds with trash everywhere on front lawn. Contacted property manager immediately about roaches, sent pictures, and was told to use the insect spray under the sink. Host was nice and responded in timely manner. Vrbo should ensure properties depict accurate photos, for customer satisfaction. "

"We really enjoyed the convenience of having our own space while we were visiting family and friends. The only negative thing I have to say is that I use a CPAP machine and I had a very hard time finding the plug behind the bed. And in the bedroom there were not enough usable plugs to plug in all our devices."
