"We enjoyed our stay. House looks great and everything was in good condition. The view from the living room is something that we enjoyed a lot. The location and neighborhood have a feeling of safety and having a space of off-street parking was excellent. Fridge needs a new light bulb and only one quarter of a kitchen paper towel was left for us. Those were the only two aspect that I can mention as improvements for a full 5 starts experience. Thanks 👍"

"Went to the city for a concert at Oracle Park and wanted a place that was big enough for 4 people to be comfortable and wasn’t right in the middle of the city. This place was so perfect for us!! Off street parking, easy access to the freeway and a great house to boot. The owner has done a great job setting this up for users and it worked great as the living room is separate from the bedrooms so this old Dad could get up early in the morning without disturbing the youngsters who like to sleep...

"Our stay in SF visiting family was made better by staying in this area (great location!) and home. It was comfortable - from the beds, safety features, the amenities in the kitchen/bathrooms and to the well-stocked/tasty snacks - which were unexpected and thoughtful. Husband and I stayed on the lower level with its own bathroom and coffee bar - very nice touch. "A perfect place for my family to stay for the week. There were 4 adults and one 4 year old - there were even toys for him to play with! The living room was super spacious, it was on a quiet street in a quiet neighborhood even though it appears to be in a major road. Jerry was super responsive and incredibly kind and generous. It even felt like a real home, as opposed to many rental homes that feel cold and vacant. Overall, a great experience!"

"I grew up there & wanted to go back for a visit to my old neighborhood. The property is located on the beach rd I used to walk, ride my bike or even bring my horse up the beach rd. The house was like home to me. The house is cute & Immaculate, the manager was responsive & very nice. We enjoyed the stay & want to come back some day. Perfect. "
