"My spouse and adult children spent a week in SF for Christmas, a reunion of sorts after moving to the East Coast almost 20 years ago. The flat in Nob Hill was a great location and a very hospitable unit for 4. The 3rd BR is small but worked for my daughter who is petite. The flat was clean and well appointed for a week long stay with coffee, tea and basic condiments. We were able to find street parking but had to be vigilant about street cleaning and the two hour time limit. We also made use of...

"For a family of three adults this place was perfect!! Beautiful ocean views, walkable neighborhood with everything you need is nearby. Few minor maintenance/upkeep items- replace light bulbs in living room, check electrical outlets in both bathrooms and secure towel rack in master bathroom. These things didn’t take away from our decision to book this location again!! Just want to make the property is taken care of!! "

"Our stay was truly delightful. Jenny was a great host. All of the details were provided for us. SF was a but chilly but we were provided with lots of blankets and amazing bedding. "This place is great. It seemed to be newly renovated and had a lot of cool features. Finishes were all beautiful and the home was extremely clean. It sits on a quite street, and it's only a block from the ocean! Area seemed very safe and it was fun to walk to the pier and watch all the people fishing. Huge TV in the living room, comfy couch, beautiful kitchen with pretty much every pot/pan/dish you would need to prepare a mean. My sons appreciated the 2nd bedroom that had 2 separate twin...

"The unit was great and had everything we needed. The one doble bedroom with no bathroom was a little cold but ok. Parking was easy in the area. We didn't use public transportation so don't know about it. A little far from the center of the city but great location from the Golden Gate Park and those areas, which we liked. We would repeat it for a family vacation."

"This property is in a good location because it is close to nice spots like Palo Alto. It is next to some industrial complexes though so don’t expect beauty around you. It feels like you are staying in a nice college apartment, but don’t expect luxury. It’s clean, but simple. The gym was nice and it is a good spot for a family. Good landing spot if you plan on touring the area. "

"This property is perfect for any family! It is steps away from the beach and Golden Gate park. The sunsets are absolutely amazing and the cool pacific breeze is always refreshing! There are plenty of restaurants within walking distance, yet it is a quiet neighborhood filled with friendly neighbors. The kitchen is state of the art with a Viking stove that makes any meal preparation fun! Our host responded to any questions within minutes. We stayed for 30 days and enjoyed every minute of it!"

"This was even better than the pictures! You walk into the house and the living and dining area is open concept and all windows so all you see is the beautiful cypress trees and ocean view. The backyard is amazing and we lounged by the huge fire pit every night. The area is very quaint and small and several hiking trails literally just out the door. The cypress tree tunnel trail that you can walk to is so beautiful!! I was concerned since it was next to a restaurant but you do not hear any...

"The stay was great except we lost the internet and cable for about 12 hours. Communication with manager was excellent; very responsive. The heaters are pretty weak.... had to turn them up to 'Hi' to keep warm. We stayed upstairs and managed but if anyone had even downstairs they probably would have been quite cold."
