"It was really helpful to be able to check-in a few hours earlier than expected. Also we received 3 drink tickets to use in the bar. Our first night our neighbors decided to party al night so security kindly asked them to shut it down. So the next day we were moved and accommodated well. Drinks at the bar with the pianist on Christmas Day was joyous. Really wish the starlight room had been open during our 3 night stay. Would love an offer to come back and a view of the union square festivities would be in order. Thank you for friendly service and a festive comfortable place to celebrate the holidays. See you again.
