"This was a great stay. I have no complaints other than the at times, scary elevator rides. The amount of rocking experienced during certain trips on certain lifts should not be considered normal. Lastly, I was not a fan of the marble or marble-looking bathroom decor. At times, it made me think there were stains on the decor when in fact, it is the natural design. To say the least, my shower time per day was greatly decreased. Outside of this, the service and overall stay was fantastic! The location is central to most excursions we participated in. The night experience is awesome! You truly get to see the city and the bay, light up. At least from the room we had. "

"Had excellent room on 6th floor (pool level, laundry, gym, etc). Only thing i'd complain about is the water pressure on shower heads. I hate low pressure, but I know they probably leave the water savers in the shower heads intentionally. Parking was great and easy. 15 min from UCSF"
