"We paid for an upgraded room. It hadn’t been updated in 50 years. Sink faucet dripped all night. Counter was chipped. Tile surround in tub was moldy. Floor by bathtub was damaged. The room stunk of mildew and old fireplace smoke when we first walked in. Could hear the plumbing and fan in room above us. It did feel safe and had a good view out the slider. "

"We have stayed here many times and other times we had issues. They have really stepped up their service and I will be staying there more and more. Perfect stay. Quiet room, you can walk anywhere. Anything you need they can help."

"Amazing property, I had concerns of my room and they re-assigned me a new room. Very accommodating as well! Breakfast could have been better, just bagels, cereal, oatmeal, and muffins- Occasionally yogurt. I would come here again for sure just based on the location and convenience of the location. Great customer service :)"
