"Me and my fiancée decided to take a vacation for the New Year. Secrets was one of the best hotels I’ve visited thus far. Staff were extremely friendly, hotel was clean, and food was amazing. Definitely will be returning in the near future for a family trip."

The entire staff—ranging from registration and concierge to waiters and housekeeping—exceeds expectations. They are all courteous and proficient in English. There are numerous dining options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, along with a delightful café area. I highly recommend this resort; your money is well spent on the all-inclusive package."

"The resort is a tropical paradise unto itself, with lush flora and fauna. Water sports abound. Food was delicious, without exception. Service was superb. Highly recommended!"

"Hotels.com messed up with communicating with the Hotel. They did however agree to a refund. I did get a room when someone canceled. Apartment was quite nice and comfortable. Location was great, close to entertainment and beach and town center. Overall experience was very satisfactory. I recommend this as an inexpensive, lovely hotel experience. "

"The Beach Villa was unbelievable like from a dream. It was the best vacation we have ever had. The service was impeccable. The Villa was insane - our private beach, pool and patio were beautiful. The food was incredible at every restaurant. I couldn't recommend it more highly. "

"Service was on the whole really good, except we got ghosted by one butler 🙃 the property is really nice, but a bigger pool would be nicer. The best part was easy access to hillside pool on the sister property 😄 we got an ocean view room but there was barely a view of the ocean. Bed was a little too soft for me, and water in bathtub drained too slow (we complained 3 times). "I booked a destination for my 21 year old daughter birthday and she had aworry free amazing time. The host setup everything my daughter wanted to do flawlessly! The private chef was exceptional with Jamaican and American cuisine! The driver was always out front and on time! Can't wait for the next visit!"
