"We stayed here for one night while passing through. We brought our toddler along so we wanted a hotel in a safe area and close to public transport access. The stop is right across the street. It’s a short ride to Fisherman’s Wharf and surrounded by all the high end stores. We felt safe walking at night. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our daughter really enjoyed the glass elevator view! Nice, quiet hotel in the heart of Union Square. I’d stay here again in the future. "

"This was a great hotel room with a beautiful view of the city. Everything was clean and nicely lit up. It is a great location to be able to walk to convenient stores and great restaurants! Definitely will be my go to hotel when traveling to San Francisco in the future! "
