"Hotel is literally next to Nagano JR station. I can’t imagine it being any more convenient. The room was spacious and comfortable and breakfast buffet was excellent as well. "

"Never having stayed at a Sotetsu property before, I didn't know what to expect. Overall, I was pleased. Convenient, tidy, reasonable. The breakfast was basic, but good. The hotel needs some updating; but they are doing renovations apparently, so they are hopefully on top of it. I would stay again "

"Amazing hotel. Friendly stafff. Rooms are small but were were there to see Tokyo not stay in a room! Hotel is super easy access underground to Nagano station and in the center of it all. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone heading to ski Japan. Great starting location and food choices around hotel are plenty"
